一、园区概述 Overview

（一）区位优势 Location Advantage

青岛软件园由青岛市南区政府投资建设，位于市南区浮山脚下，是青岛政治、经济、科技、文化、商业、金融、旅游和对外开放的中心区域，园区环境优美、周边配套完善，是青岛软件产业的发源地和集聚区，是国内少有的地处城市中心区域、核心地段的产业园区。

Qingdao Software Park is invested and constructed by the Qingdao Shinan District Government. It is located at the foot of Fu Mountain in Shinan District. It is the central area of Qingdao’s politics, economy, science and technology, culture, commerce, finance, tourism and opening to the outside world. The park has a beautiful environment and complete surrounding facilities. It is the birthplace and central area of Qingdao's software industry and one of the few industrial parks located in the central and core areas of the cities in China.

（二）园区面积 Area of Park

青岛软件园于2004年投资建成运营，总投资10.7亿元，位于宁夏路288号，地处燕儿岛路、宁夏路、青岛大学、浮山合围区域，总占地9.6万平方米，建筑面积33万平方米。

Qingdao Software Park was established and started operations in 2004 with a total investment of 1.07 billion yuan. It is located at No. 288 Ningxia Road, in the enclosed area of Yanerdao Road, Ningxia Road, Qingdao University, and Fu Mountain. It covers a total area of 96,000 square meters and has a building area of 330 thousand square meters.

青岛软件园内建有12栋写字楼和1栋中心停车楼，其中A1栋楼为市南区政府使用，1至10号楼作为研发楼作为园区招商引资落户企业使用，11、12号楼作为综合楼，主要集中园区配套餐厅、酒店、服务中心使用。

There are 12 office buildings and 1 central parking building in Qingdao Software Park, of which Building A1 is used by the Shinan District Government, Buildings 1 to 10 are used as R&D buildings for enterprises to attract investment in the park, and Buildings 11 and 12 are used as amenity facilities with a number of restaurants, hotels, and service centers.

（三）周边配套 Peripheral supporting facilities

青岛软件园地处燕儿岛路、宁夏路、宁德路、浮山合围区域，背靠浮山生态山林，面向黄海之滨的奥帆赛场，东临青岛大学，距市政府不到4公里，园区周围生活便利，金融机构、中介机构、星级酒店、购物中心、超市、商业街、教育等配套设施完善，交通十分便利，园区门口近十条公交线路，四通八达，距地铁2号线不到1.5公里，距地铁3号线不足3公里。

Qingdao Software Park is enclosed by Yanerdao Road, Ningxia Road, Ningde Road and Fu Mountain, backed by the ecological forest of Fu Mountain, facing the Olympic Sailing Center on the shore of the Yellow Sea, adjacent to Qingdao University in the east, less than 4 kilometers away from the city government. There are many amenity facilities, financial institutions, intermediaries, star-rated hotels, shopping centers, supermarkets, commercial streets, education and other supporting facilities, and the transportation is very convenient. There are nearly ten bus lines at the entrance of the park, extending in all directions. Metro Line 3 is less than 3 kilometers.

近年来园区先后荣获“国家火炬计划软件产业基地”、“国家科技企业孵化器”、“国家软件和信息服务业示范基地”、“山东省重点服务业园区”、“省级软件产业园区”等多项荣誉称号, 2020年园区再获“2020年度青岛市数字经济试点园区”、“2020年度省级成长型数字经济园区（试点）”称号、2021年荣获青岛市首批“市级现代服务业集聚区”称号。

In recent years, the park has successively won the "National Torch Program Software Industry Base", "National Technology Business Incubator", "National Software and Information Service Industry Demonstration Base", "Shandong Province Key Service Industry Park", "Provincial Software Industry Park" and more. 园区以软件信息业为代表的数字经济保持良好发展势头，并积极推进数字经济园区建设，培育企业发展，已形成包含芯片设计、软件技术、设备研发、应用推广等在内的较为完整的物联网产业链，共同推动数字园区建设。

The digital economy represented by the software information industry in the park maintains a good momentum of development. The Park also actively building itself as a digital economy driven park, cultivating relevant enterprise development, and has formed a relatively complete Internet of Things industrial chain, including chip design, software technology, equipment research and development, application promotion, etc, promoting the development of a digital park together with its tenants.
