I. Introduction to the Conference:
The 5th Conference on Intelligent Optimization and Scheduling will be held from May 27 to 29, 2022 in Taiyuan, Shanxi Province. The theme of this academic conference is Intelligent Empowerment optimization Scheduling. The conference will focus on big data, artificial intelligence, simulation optimization, intelligent optimization, scheduling optimization and other directions, through the conference report, group report, wall exhibition report and enterprise application show and other forms, to carry out cutting-edge theory, method, technology and application research, and invited domestic and foreign famous publishing houses to introduce the journal submission. The conference will select outstanding academic papers, young scientists, excellent doctoral dissertation, excellent Master dissertation, innovative application and practice projects, etc.

Ⅲ. Submission Instructions:
(1) Application scope: Intelligent optimization, intelligent scheduling, simulation optimization, intelligent manufacturing, smart grid, intelligent logistics, intelligent building, intelligent transportation, smart medical care, smart city, smart tourism, etc.
(2) For the Chinese and English manuscripts that have not been officially published or accepted, the proposed journals (maximum 2) should be indicated when submitting the manuscripts.
(3) Academic papers published or accepted in the past three years can also be submitted to the conference for exchange and evaluation.
(4) Paper exchange includes oral report and Poster, which will be determined by the organizing Committee according to the paper evaluation opinions and personal wishes. When submitting the paper, indicate the journal (maximum 2) and the communication method (oral or wall exhibition). The conference will select outstanding academic papers, award certificates and bonuses.

(6) The conference invites experts to organize special session reports (5~10 peers are invited to give special reports). The conference selected 2 outstanding thematic organizers, awarded certificates and bonuses. Application deadline for thematic organizations is March 31, 2022.
